The city recently removed this healthy appearing tree. I respectfully request that the area around it be cleaned up. Please note a saw cut in the stump. I also respectfully request you cut the stump further at the location of the noted saw cut. Thank you.

Thank you Cynthia. I agree that this job was not completed to a satisfactory level. I wish the tree could have stayed but now that it is cut it should be presentable to the neighborhood (stump grind).
