The concrete cap on this storm drain is loose and needs resetting. Grass has grown into the area where it should sit properly so it needs to be trimmed before resetting so it stays in place as originally designed.

This intersection has Red Arrows and a Yield sign Red Arrows are generally enforced as not being allowed to turn right on red but the yield sign (plus old habits) confuses the driver and creates unsafe intersection we people try to yield at fast speeds (with red arrow) or create a hazard by passing drivers that desire to stop and wait for the light correctly Suggestion "No Turn on Red" sign and removal of the yield sign due to the new diverging Diamond intersection

Is there a way that signage could be placed to eliminate confusion? Red Arrows are not allowed to turn right on red but people do it and it is not safe One turn lane has a dedicated lane and could be a flashing yellow while the other two lane does not and needs to remain a solid red signal Drivers have old habits and it creates a danger to this intersection

This looks like a brand new (recently installed) hospital sign. It clearly is pointing as if the hospital is up on the left yet it is on the right. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Power outage 1150 Jefferson Avenue. We have three transformers in our parking lot and while I don’t know if one of ours blew I did hear a loud bang and a portion of our building is affected to the point that HVAC and fixtures are not receiving the correct voltage to function correctly.
