This house, which has been featured for various reasons on this forum, was designated one of the 50 Worst Properties by the city of East Point. A court date was set for September 13th to address the 40+ year old abandonment of the property with the owner. Can we get an update on what was decided?

House is down to bare wood - damaged bare wood. Tarps are off - this has been this way now for more than a year.

LARGE DEAD PINE TREE IN FRONT YARD - hazard to other property owners. House has been ABANDONED since 1979. EP has done NOTHING ABOUT THIS SINCE 1979. It's time for some action.
