Description

Storm water drainage ditch was filled in and bulldozed over when lot was filled for new house construction. This is on City ROW. Located on SE corner of intersection and ditch necessary to drain storm water from area and intersection. Drainage pipe is under street at North end of this former ditch at this intersection and appears to be partially obstructed.
