The vac truck came and didn’t do anything! didn’t stay it get out of truck and left and never returned

And the vac truck arrived at 2:14pm which was before your response that they would be coming.
This problem has been going in since 2015 and something had to be done !! My father lives with me and he can’t even walk to the mailbox because the water floods so high and the water is moving like a river.
If it takes me sending a pic every day it rains and put in a service request then that is what I will do! The city needs to fix this problem that they created in 2015 when they fixed another area of this road that flooded
