Thank you for using VBWorks. Can the backyard be seen from the street? If not, we would need to schedule an appointment with a neighbor so that the inspector can see the backyard in question from the neighbor's backyard.

The overgrown front lawn is easily visible from the street. The back yard lawn and the swimming pool are behind a fence, can't see from the street. I met with the neighbors today and advised them to call HNP to set up an appointment.
