As a resident, owner and tax paying citizen I request that the city address this NOW. This is ridiculous. And, this is where my valuable tax dollars are NOT being allocated???? Pics of 500 block 24th St. between Baltic & Mediterranean and the alley way 23 1/2 parking lot of Sea Pines Condos. Residents on 24th St apartments are renters and think they do not have a voice so I will speak for them!!! Where is their quality of life and home? As a resident across the street this is a serious eye sore. These pics were taken over 36 hours after rain stopped on 3/7/18. Wed. Night. Do something now please.

I have repeatedly requested the storm water management of Virginia beach address this issue. The entire 500 block of 24th street is a storm water GHETTO. This is absolutely unacceptable for tax paying residents to have to park in water and mud on a city street.

This is a issue that affects both sided of the entire 500 block of 24th street. The elevation of the gravel roadside prevents proper runoff resulting in constant flooding of driveways

This is not a storm drain issue this is a run off issue due to improper grading on the roadside. The water never gets to a drain
