This has been a problem since they built those townhomes. But it has gotten worse as they have failed to maintain the property.

This is a problem for multiple yards - torrents of water flow downhill, flooding one yard and then spilling over into the next. The water is cutting channels and destroying grass and gardens in otherwise flat yards.

The property owner(s) will be contacted and we will need to inspect the site during a rain to evaluate the situation.

This has happened many times and is getting more frequent. Since the townhouses were built, they flood all the nearby houses and yards every time it rains. This happens several times a month.

The problem is getting worse and worse. The drain pipe meant to drain the swale to the sewer is clogged and does not drain. Even when there is no rain, stagnant water stands knee-deep, allowing mosquitoes to breed. With heavy rain, the swale overflows and floods yards and crawl spaces.
