I live at 328 4th Ave. There is a huge amount of crush and run in front of my 85 year old neighbors house that is impeding his ability to get to his mailbox, car, and trash.
He uses a cane and can very easily slip and fall. This is a completely unsafe situation that can be detrimental to his health and a lawsuit waiting to happen for the city.
He has been a city of Decatur resident for 50+ years and deserves to be able to access his necessities without unnecessary hazards.
Please have someone come and clear the crush and run as soon as possible.

DeKalb County typically has a contractor complete the asphalt work. The request can be followed up with online:

Another option to submit water and sanitary sewer repair requests is to call DeKalb at 404-371-2000.
