    My regular curbside trash collection day is Tuesday and as of Wednesday afternoon my garbage cans are still full. I've given up on the city picking up recycling but Christmas trash has to be picked up before the New Year holiday interferes with next week's scheduled pickup.

    Neighborhood kids have again removed the storm drain cover and threw it into the storm drain. This has happened repeatedly despite my request to have it tack welded into place. The open storm drain presents a dangerous hazard for pedestrians, small children and animals especially at night. Please correct the situation immediately. The drain is located in the triangle snapped median located in the alley way behind 723 tilden place Virginia Beach Virginia in the Washington square townhomes area.

    Street light in the alley behind my house is dim for 15 minutes and then shuts off for 15 minutes. The pain of glass that should illuminate my driveway and alleyway is blackened causing a security issue. Please fix the light and replace or clean the glass.

    Children have filled the storm drain in the median located in the alley behind my house at 723 tilden place. They also broke the steel cover to the storm drain leaving the storm drain open. I had the city replace the storm cover but they left the old broken one in the middle of the median and the city has continued to just mow the grass around it instead of picking it up. My neighbors told me that they have reported the issue and still nothing has been done. Last year I reported flooding adjacent to this storm drain Which caused extensive water damage to several vehicles. This situation needs to be addressed immediately before flooding causes Even more damage to personal property.

    Storm drain cover removed in the alley way behind my house at 723 tilden place in Washington square townhomes. The open storm drain is an immediate danger to children, adults and pets that frequent the area. Public works recently made repairs under the alley directly in front of the storm drain so I don't know if they accidentally left the cover off or kids did it. I suspect that the kids who play out there are responsible so you may want to put a few welds on it.

    street light in the alley behind 723 tilden place has a black painted glass panel facing my driveway. I have reported it to Dominion power several times but it has not been resolved. I have owned and lived here for over 20 years and I need this light to provide added security in my driveway.

    09/09/18 intersection of Cambridge drive and West Minister lane flooded during a 30 minute rain storm ruining several vehicles. I reported this Sunday night and still have not seen a city vehicle in the area to clean out the storm drains.

    I've lived in the same area of virginia Beach for over 40 years and I support our military completely but as of late the jet noise over washington square townhomes has become unbearable at times. My question is what is the maximum amount of noise exposure allowed and who governs, monitors and determines how much is too much? Seems to me that the flight path is constantly over my neighborhood and I can't help but wonder if the planes avoid flying over and creating as much noise in more expensive housing areas.

    Verizon FiOS cable is running exposed above ground from a Verizon box located behind my house and runs across two of my neighbors properties and across thier driveways to another neighbors home. Besides the obvious fact that it's a public eyesore, it's also a trip and lawn mower hazard.
