Children have filled the storm drain in the median located in the alley behind my house at 723 tilden place. They also broke the steel cover to the storm drain leaving the storm drain open. I had the city replace the storm cover but they left the old broken one in the middle of the median and the city has continued to just mow the grass around it instead of picking it up. My neighbors told me that they have reported the issue and still nothing has been done. Last year I reported flooding adjacent to this storm drain Which caused extensive water damage to several vehicles. This situation needs to be addressed immediately before flooding causes Even more damage to personal property.
