Description
Beach Garden Park. This is an ongoing flooding/muddy issue that prevents access to the backside of the park. It is located next to the children's playground and city trucks just drive right through it creating more mud. As the weather starts to get nicer, it would be much appreciated if this issue could finally be resolved.
