Description

On Indian River Rd westbound, from Sunnyside to Military Hwy, the manholes and maintenance covers are set too low for the road surface, creating huge bumps, jars and unsmooth surface conditions. This has been the case since the latest repaving a couple of years ago. Who ever signed off and inspected this work did not do their job. What low rent engineer puts manholes in the road where typical tire tracks would be? Let me explain what is happening every daggon day up in here. The road is rough as a cob. Drivers avoid the right hand lane and ride down the smoother center lane until the last second, then cut in and cut off drivers who were planning ahead and willing to beat their cars to death. This causes road rage.

A decent engineer can make the paving company smooth this out and do the job properly. I'd like everyone from the city to ride down the right lane with an open cup of piping hot coffee in their lap and then tell us citizens that it's fine.
