Like to add another important comment in that the sidewalk was added some years ago after a community petition was given to the City to reduce the risk or injury or death of pedestrians along Greenwell and Fentress Avenues which runs from the beach all the way to Shore Drive. This project cost the City (taxpayers) nearly 1 million dollars. Allowing the sidewalk to deteriorate negates the purpose of constructing the sidewalk in the first place. Please take action to require the property owner to maintain the sidewalk in front of their property as the City code requires. They have a lawn service now cutting grass on those properties. It's unknown why sidewalk maintenance are not part of that contract.

This section of sidewalk in front of the residence of 2516 Fentress Avenue. This would be the responsibility of the homeowner to keep clean and clear of debris. If sidewalks are NOT in front of a residence then Landscape Services would be responsible. Code Enforcement has been notified. This will be closed.
