This buoy has been in the back area near neighbor's yard for several months. I reported it to the Coast Guard in 4/8/20 but they did nothing. It can be seen from the road on Little Neck Pt near Trading Point Lane. It actually is in Keeling Cove, off of the Lynnhaven River.
