Description

There is a dangerous issue with the stop light at the intersection of Level Green and Indian River Road. Someone installed a stop light from a PARKING LOT across from Level Green. When you are turning left off Level Green onto Indian River Road cars/trucks come driving out of the parking lot causing potential accidents. As long as I have lived in Virginia Beach I've never seen a stop light installed for a non road/parking lot. I have nearly been hit numerous times at this intersection. When you look at the map of this intersection it clearly doesn't show that you should be wary of oncoming traffic when you have a green light. Parking lots should not have traffic lights? Please take a look at this location. Thanks
