There are no sidewalks on this stretch of Waite Street used by children, dog owners, and athletes going to Bassett Park and the dog park. Also the sidewalks along Bassett Park have no curb, which encourages baseball players to park in a CLEARLY marked no parking area, forcing pedestrians- again, many of whom are children- to walk in the middle of Waite Street.
