My neighbor had a section of her tree break off and block our cul-de-sac until the City could get out and cut the tree up. There are still two large sections of this tree standing and the entire tree leans toward the street and other properties around it. Request that the City Arborist inspect this property and determine if the rest of the tree should be removed for the safety of all.
