747 is on the same side of tilden place I live on. Were the city workers in front of your house or hehe it? The city sewer clean outs are behind the house and as far as I know nobody on our side of tilden place has ever been able to find thier house sewer clean out (I know my nieghbors and I have never found any nor have any of the plumbers we've hired). Did you actually talk with the city and ask them what they were doing. I'm curious because I've long suspected that my sewer line behind the house actually ties into the storm water. Years ago i had a plumbing company run an electric sewer machine through my main roof vent on top of the house to clear a blockage because he couldn't find a clean out and at about 80' his tape got entangled and we couldn't retrieve it. I walked off the 80' to figure out where it was and I ended up at the main storm drain cover in the midst of the alley. I even heard what I believe was the sound of the drain tape banging around underneath but before I could retrieve a crowbar to investigate the plumber was able to retrieve the tape.
