The traffic signal for cars coming from Corporation Lane turning on Constitution Dr has been altered recently to only allow about 3 cars at a time. Not only is it causing a tremendous back up starting at 4:30, but it is also causing the public buses to be delayed. Please fix this issue as soon as you can. I believe it changed when the old Kmart started renovations for the new store--there were people messing with the traffic light box.
