Rail tracks are an issue with holes/tracks and car could damage its tires or suspension. These tracks Need to be paved over, given the large amount of traffic this road gets being so close to town center and Va. Beach Blvd. Many other tacks have been removed or paved on streets with far less traffic. I place this at a high priority problem. I go over these tracks several times a day and must slow down to about 5 MPH to avoid possible damage to my car. Respectfully Frank C Edwards 7574981790
