city of vb stuck it to the people again.... reported this twice already now holiday weekend will not be enjoyable. we cannot sit outside our house for 1 min without being eaten alive. even with bug spray on and tiki torches and candles. way to go lazy city employees. thanks for all you don't do. I could run it better
