These bushes do fall within the city easement. I hope the city either trims them back to clear the side walk or forces the contractor to do it. Either way, they need to be cut back.

Not that I want to see the hedge line destroyed, but it seriously needs to be cut back to expose the entire side walk. This side walk parallels a busy road and needs to be fully accessible.

Just wondering if code enforcement is willing to do something about this issue, or do I have to take it to another level.
I understand this is not the only issue for them to deal with, but acknowledging that has been received and/or addressed would be a good start after two months.
