Description
This is the second time that I have reported this issue. Why isn't the left turn arrow (turning east on to 68ave. from 100st.) in service? The light is mounted but is not enabled in the timing sequence. Is there a reason why this arrow is not in use?

I am not quite sure why it is more important that the northbound traffic is uninhibited during the short time that this left turn signal would be activated.

We would be happy to take another look at this intersection. Please provide us with the time of day that you are having difficulty making this movement on the solid green and we will re-assess.

Good morning,
There is an ebb and flow throughout the day equal to the northbound traffic, however during morning, noon, after school and normal after work hours is where the issue is most prevalent.
Thank you for your time......
