    This is the second time that I have reported this issue. Why isn't the left turn arrow (turning east on to 68ave. from 100st.) in service? The light is mounted but is not enabled in the timing sequence. Is there a reason why this arrow is not in use?

    Why is the left turn arrow at 100th street turning east onto 68th ave not in service? During high traffic times it can take several light changes to make the turn. The green arrow light is installed, but not in use???
