We have received your request and scheduled pick up for Thursday, December 14, 2017.

• Allow at least 3 feet of clearance between the item(s) and any other objects, including the automated roll carts.
• Items should not be placed under any low hanging wires or tree limbs.
• Smaller household items to be discarded must be placed in sealed boxes; the boom truck cannot lift bags as they will tear.
• The bulk item collection vehicles are not equipped to sweep locations.
• We do not handle glass or mirrors with the boom truck as it will shatter. No glass will be picked up outside the can.
• All residents are responsible for sweeping up any residue falling from their bulk item(s) following collection, including but not limited to:
o broken glass;
o unsecured small items;
o broken pieces from bulk item itself;
o loose leaves, twigs or sticks, etc.
• This residue may simply be placed in the black automated roll cart for inclusion in the following week’s household waste collection.
