Description

I am very concerned and worried about the very tall trees in the city-owned lot next to my residence. I am worried about the trees falling onto my family members and myself, as well as my house and possibly crushing and killing us while we are inside of it or in the yard outside, especially during this hurricane season.. the trees already break off and fall into my yard and onto my house.. it's only a matter of time before they crack and come down.
I am requesting assistance in:
- Determining the property line between my residence and the lot next to me.
- Having the city remove the large trees and brush from the curb to the backyard removed (topped/cut down) from the city owned lot next to me.. they are growing into and onto my property and endangering us as well as hitting my residence and pulling down my cable coming from the street-pole.

I am happy to assist and provide any information needed in order to expedite this. Once this is resolved, I can then have my own property's remaining dangerous trees topped and/or cut down. Total removal to include stump is not necessary.
Thank you in advance for any and all assistance!
