Cypress Point Neighborhood entrance off of Fallbrook Bend needs to have the grass cut. There are large areas of grass in front of and next to the brick neighborhood signs on both sides of the street that have been overgrown for a very long time and needs to be cut. Randomly, a neighbor will go out and take care of it. I started to cut the grass today with my sons, and the man who lives on the corner asked me to not cut anymore because he called it in to the city yesterday to complain. He has been asking for someone to take a look at it and do something. It is very unsightly and overgrown. Please include this in the regular mowing and upkeep of the area.
