I have attached a photo to the boat in question. This is absolutely ridiculous that the city is not fining and charging the owners of these boats. This boat is the topic recently sunk and the dock broke. The lights are on top of the boat and have an extension cord attached to them that run up into the condemned house. As a home owner right across the street from this mess, it is potential dangerous with potential electric currents running through the water and one bad storm the one line holding it to the breaking dock will snap sending this boat into my brand new dock and boat..... This is a huge concern and needs to be addressed.
