As a resident of Byrd St that lives close to Glenwood this seems like it could be a safety issue since the noise is significant when a car runs over it--loose enough to come off? Please try to get this fixed while they have Glenwood closed this weekend for other major road work!!

Public Utilities staff have made multiple trips to this location in an attempt to find a valve-related issue at/near 2114 Glenwood Ave and/or 2202 Byrd Street. We have been unsuccessful at finding any problems with the valves in that area. On their last trip (6/16/17), a supervisor left door hangers at 2114 Glenwood Ave & 2202 Byrd Street asking for a call back to discuss the issue; however, no one has contacted him.
