There's no category for this issue... Traffic backup on Glenwood caused by parents picking up kids at Underwood Elementary on Scales. I know this has been reported before, but neither the city nor the school will do anything. Adults need to pick up more kids/expand the carpool to reduce traffic, and/or more kids need to ride the bus. The area is not able to handle this congestion.
