The Thalia wayside community is located behind the Adult Learning Ctr. on Va. Beach
blvd..T he easement located behind the rear parking area and Thalia Wayside is overgrown with ivy, trees, bushes (both living and dead), and other debris. Rodents have been seen scurrying in and around the area. Our community would greatly appreciate the City cleaning up this problem.
