Watched this young man (with binoculars) shooting his gun mid-day late Feb 2011 for over 30 minutes. His vehicle was a compact 2 door coupe, metallic beige/tan. He repeatedly shot randomly towards the dunes of the dirt track as well as taking random shots in any given direction. You could tell it was a pistol based on the way he held it. He reloaded clips numerous times. I took this photo using my cell phone's camera. Unfortunately it doesn't have zoom. I added graphics and text to define the area. And yes, I called the RR police but never saw a police unit show up. Only when a full sized black pick-up showed up with motorcycles in the truck's bed did the 'perp' leave. He headed back down 19th Ave and went past the LDS church with the blue metal roof towards Unser Blvd before I lost sight if him. I assume he exited onto Unser.
