Last night on the news I saw where “Strawberry Village” low-income apartment complex notified it’s residents that they intend to double their rent. It will go from $900 per Mo to over $1800. So buckle up and get ready for the homeless population to increase in Vallejo. Gentrification has officially arrived

We have gone to great effort to continue to clean up this area and paint out the graffiti,It's not right that these people can come in and completely trash this area.They have moved down behind the High School track,there seems to be drugs involved because there are bike trips in and out of that area at all times of the day and night.The railroad has a no trespassing sign right there behind the building that they all pass by on every trip.Who's responsibility is it to enforce that sign?I can video this anytime if you need more proof.Thanks for your help.
