    After community services was out here in October.Sargent Brent Garrick with Vallejo PD. Told me to report any more homeless activity.as you can see these are homeless moving back in.onto the railroad property where we had so much trouble last year,they are clearly trespassing on every level.HELP

    Their is a hedge of oleander bushes on city property just north of 1132 Broadway.Their is a homeless man living in their.He has set a good sized fire in the bushes and is defecating back their until I can smell it from my yard on Alameda st.SO GROSS!!
    The bushes need trimmed-up.

    The back of this building has been tagged by the LARGEST graffiti I have ever seen.The lettering is 15' tall and 20' and 20' up on the wall,these people had to have extension ladders to have done this ,it is at least 60' long,a terrible eye sore to the neighborhood! This has been an habitual and on going problem,But this is the worst ever.This area seems to be a practice location for the offenders because it is hidden from the street.Each time the building has been repainted by the owner ,The graffiti is re painted almost immediately. This seriously needs to be stopped.Can you please help this neighborhood? IT"S ATROCIOUS!!!!!!
