Empty lot at 2nd Ave and Lake Merritt Blvd.

This is not a joke- Horrible, horrible smell of rotting flesh. On a windy day it is bad, on a windless, hot day it is unbearable. Did someone die in one of those tents? Has somebody been disposing of dead animals.

I ride thru here many times a week, it needs looking into.
