This is a serious occurrence - defacing of a treasured neighborhood monument that many work hard and long to keep it pristine. Vote to elevate immediately. thanks for posting.

Please do prioritize removal of this defacement, lest it gain a toehold. If it recurs, consider installation of nighttime surveillance cameras at the base of the Cascade to help apprehend the vandals. Thank you.
