Well, they did and they spotted the cop car coming and turned car off. cop drove by and a few minutes later, music back up. But they seem to have moved now.

yes! the people moved out shortly after this. But it would be nice if EPPD still made a habbit of driving through on a regular bases. There is a lot of pedestrian traffic / noisy cars to and from some of these house. Thanks.
