Try the one intersection at Main and Virginia that will have all four lights red in all directions, no green crosswalk sign either - yet I'll sit there and not be able to trigger a greenlight. Riding a motorcycle in this town is particularly frustrating, even though I have a red light trigger on the motorcycle it doesn't work everywhere.
