Del Mar was recently repaved between Tuolumne and its west end. Great job there, but now the sensors for the Tuolumne signals need replacing—Del Mar has been getting random 20-second green lights all day long now, traffic or not, for at least the past week.

Left arrow from WB Sereno onto SB Broadway is staying stuck on green long after all traffic has cleared...especially frustrating late at night.

Right-turn arrow for exiting WB 37 traffic onto NB Fairgrounds is staying stuck on green for 30 unnecessary seconds at a time when no cars are triggering it; I've been through this intersection three times in June and it's happened all three times, backing up NB Fairgrounds traffic.

Trees are overhanging southeast corner of North Camino Alto and Sereno Drive, blocking much of the view of the traffic signal and street sign.

Courtney, any update with CalTrans on a potential right-turn lane from EB Mini Drive onto SB Broadway?
This came up in a thread from 3/22/15; in February 2016 you posted that CalTrans received a request for approval in early November 2015 and takes 3-6 months to respond typically.

Couch Street crosswalk paint is badly faded at both Valle Vista and Redwood intersections.

New lane arrow paint is needed for Meadows Drive at Sonoma Blvd. Also wouldn't hurt to have a sign on the signal indicating what lane feeds where.

At the southwest corner of the Chevron/Broadway/Mini Drive intersection, the hand signal for pedestrians crossing Mini is totally burnt out.

Today, Hospital Drive pedestrian signal to cross Tuolumne kept activating for non-existent pedestrians, and light didn't turn red right away even after the hand stopped blinking despite total lack of cars.

Once again, unfortunately, the Kaiser Access signal is being triggered by and staying frozen on green for non-existent traffic. I've witnessed it during both business hours and late night hours, most recently on March 28..

Noticed many streets, primary and secondary, repaved this year along with improved paint jobs. Even Dan Foley Park's parking lot, which didn't seem like it'd ever be fixed.

Tried to report this to VPD online in May but nobody ever came out. Car has been sitting completely unattended and unmoved since at least February 2015, possibly longer. Never seen anyone go near it. Has significant damage; one side mirror is missing. At corner of North Camino Alto and Oddstad Drive in Vallejo, right at stop sign.

Westbound Sereno Drive at Sonoma Blvd, the paint is practically 100% gone from the lanes; I've observed some unfamiliar drivers confused what lane goes where.

At the southwest corner of Sereno/Broadway, the button to cross Broadway eastbound does not activate the "man" on the signal. Westbound's button did work.

On the southeast corner of the Sonoma/Couch/Mississippi intersection, the pedestrian "hand" box to cross Sonoma is facing the wrong way. Rather than facing west toward Mississippi, it's facing southbound traffic on Sonoma.

On Tuolumne Street, about 100 feet north of the northeast corner of Sereno, is a bus stop. About 25 more feet north of that, tree roots have obliterated the sidewalk, making it extremely difficult for disabled access. A disabled man who lives nearby struggles to navigate it in his power wheelchair. This portion of sidewalk isn't in front of a house.

At the entrances to both Kaiser and Sutter Solano hospitals, the hospital access roads are receiving extra-long greens even when no cars are anywhere in sight, all hours of the day especially the Kaiser/Sereno light. This issue has been reported before, and was fixed for a time. Now it's back, and cars are just running the lights at times.

Street sign for 14th & Madigan Streets is turned the wrong way. Also sign for Power Drive and North Camino Alto is missing (pole is still there) appearing to cause VFD to drive past a recent fire on Power Drive.

A few months back Admiral Callaghan Lane was repaved near Gateway Plaza and Vallejo Corners. I heard the portion between Redwood Pkwy and Rotary Way would be repaved as well and I'm wondering when that may begin...road sorely needs attention.
