Another motor vehicle business! There are so many. The lack of zoning enforcement together with lack of police motor vehicle violation enforcement is costing us, especially in this area, a tremendous amount of money, We are paying higher insurance rates both for our cars and homes because of the lack of enforcement of establishment laws, ordinances, etc. in this City. It is up to the Mayor to find the funds for enforcement - he refuses to do so. Enforcement of these laws, ordinances, etc. would bring needed money however he would rather bankrupt the city and sigh up for a ball park. We have an NRZ without any Strategic Plan in place, which was worked on for the first year, never acted upon, and no Planning Committee approved by the municipality which is the primary vehicle for benefits. We have lots all the way around. Barely any speaking allowed at the meeting and No one knows who will attend, as guests, at these meetings to come prepared to discuss issues which the NRZ legislation could benefit us in this area. Our property sales are lower because of the lack of enforcement of zoning regs & ordinances and traffic problems. Bottom line is the area is attracting buyers that can for housing due to low prices, but are unable to maintain these properties which end up in foreclosure and blighted. Appears to be on purpose.

zoning and enforcement is a joke... it's been over a week and nothing has been done except acknowledge the issue and cars are still for sale .

ummm hellooo is anyone going to resolve this ??? at least 4 cars for sale with signs on them and parking on the sidewalks !

When re-election comes regarding the Mayor, remember all the non enforcement of laws and ordinances in zoning, etc;. parking, which has to be funded by the Mayor. No money allotted for enforcement re police, zoning, etc. He needs to be replaced by someone who cares about the residents of this city who pay his salary.
