Nobody is supposed to be parking on the lawn, but it is still happening during events.
We have ample lot and street parking in Hartford. No reason for this. Is there anyone in DPW who can remind motorists during events that cars belong on asphalt?

Is that true? Event coordinators are supposed to be receiving information in a packet that explains that they may not park on the lawn except for some during set up and break down of tents.
This issue should NOT be closed until the lawn parking stops. The whole of downtown is a parking lot. There is absolutely no reason for the park to become one too.
