FB has several posts about stolen bikes.

In the early evening of July 23, I spotted a bike stolen from my home in front of this building. On the morning of July 24, I spotted and recovered two other stolen bikes of mine and additional stolen bike parts with the assistance of an HPD officer. I have no doubt this is a hub for stolen bikes.

The assessor site says that AL J BRITT ENTERPRISES LLC is the owner of this property. The LLC is located at 370 West Pleasantview Avenue, Hackensack NJ 07601. Phone number: (917) 776-4087.

Maybe this absentee landlord would like to hear about how they are permitting the property to be used for illegal purposes, with loiterers out front all day and night.

I recovered another bike frame belonging to me hanging on the fence of this building this Friday morning. Running tally is three recovered from the rear of the property (plus parts) one bike seen in front of the property (not recovered) and one recovered bike that was reportedly purchased in front of the property.

I haven't found a number for him yet, but I encourage my fellow residents and concerned parties to seek out his contact info and post it here.

Given the blighted conditions, this might be a matter for L&I also. Question how inhabitable this building is.

It seems that the manager of this property is Michael Wilson of Wethersfield Avenue in Hartford.

The current manager (not Wilson) has been contacted and made aware of the situation.

Wondering if L&I/LSNI/PZC will be taking a look at what is going on in the few occupied residential units.
