Since it's been there for over 2 months, I have to assume it's not high on the city's radar to check it out and see if it's a housing issue.

Your NRZ has been in discussion with the Mayor and other city officials in regard to how we can effectively deal with the problem of ATV s on the streets of Hartford.
Please join us on September 9th , so you can be a part of the solution in helping to get loud and unsafe ATVs off the streets of Hartford.
Many Behind the Rocks residents have signed petitions for action to be taken to protect residents from dangerous speeding and difficult intersections.
Please join us on September 9th so you can report your concerns at the public hearing part of this meeting regarding dangerous speeding and traffic problems that concern you!
