I witnessed a white 1985 Nissan Frontier pulled 1/2 way off Joaquin Miller (in front of Joaquin Miller House) with a big pile of discarded stuff, furniture, appliance(s), plastic bags, wood, etc, next to it on the grass. The truck pulled back into the road after I passed, and I let it pass me so I could get the lic. plate: 7A80319
