Deskripsyon

Daily there are drug dealers, prostitutes, winos, and assorted miscreants at the public park/playground. They urinate on the street, set up tents, litter, and harrass passers-by. This park is unsafe for children to play at.

You need to report any incidents to the police. Get a very good description of the transaction and the people involved and call 9-1-1. The police know about this problem, but they can't get witnesses so the crime continues.
