public urination seems to be totally tolerated in our neighborhood

In the Mission? It was anticipated...no one complained before because the city would do nothing. Some of the residents who would actually complain are illegals but they need to stay under the radar now that the culture of the Mission is changing for the better. Thank god more and more condos are going up as a result of the poor quality of life issues. Give it time. Those moving in are not "tolerating". In fact those moving in are getting results. The Mission was Irish then African American then Latino and now it is becoming a better safer and cleaner neighborhood thanks to educated, employed and well connected hard working individuals....from all walks of life.
