Unknown individuals have excavated an area in our snow pile, located at 9728 101 Ave.

Man hole appears to be frozen over, overland water accumulating and not able to drain away

Sidewalk corner of 97A St and 101 Ave - very cracked

Parking lot very icy and slippery.

Roadway has sunk beside the curb and runoff has caused the side walk to shift along a crack. Side walk is uneven.

South sidewalk issue resolved, but west sidewalk issue still outstanding.

South sidewalk, light post/sign removed and sand piled up to fill the hole. There is a pile of sand there now and sand should be leveled and bricks placed to cover hole?

Fill beneath the side walk blocks has eroded away, deep dip in the sidewalk. Located at the corner of 98 St and Montrose Ave, Grande Prairie, AB.

Sidewalk cracked and shifted with uneven surface.

Culvert by Control Tech 11039 78 Ave is blocked and run off not able to drain away.

Snow melting on property next door and flooding drainage ditch

Some trees were cut down around power pole in the back alley and left lying on the road. Other trees need to be cut down.
