The other owners/tenants and I are trying to figure out who’s responsibility it is to maintain the trees that back up to are back fence line. Not sure if it’s the city of Virginia Beach, Napolitano’s (1492 S Independence), or the owners of each individual townhome along the row on Sampson Ln
