This has been going on for years now! Bushes now making side walk inaccessible, fences falling down the yard is a huge fire hazard

Their weeds are now across the entirety of the sidewalk making it hard to walk animals or children

Rats and garbage

Once again the dumpers have been busy in maxwell alley

People dump in our alley all the time. Sometimes it is in our parking lot. We pay hundreds of dollars a year to have this kind of garbage hauled off we should not have to pay for others illegal dumping
Darn tired of it!
